Anna Marie Brooks specializes in historic residential
and commercial properties ranging from Victorians to Mid-Century
Moderns. In addition to being a Realtor, Ann has prepared numerous
Los Angeles Cultural-Heritage Monument nominations and Mills Act
Historical Property applications. She surveys buildings, structures
and neighborhoods for potential California State Register and
National Register eligibility. Ann also prepares historic analyses
for and serves as a historic consultant to law firms specializing
in land use issues. She also consults with architects on historic
rehabilitation projects. Ann Brooks meets the Secretary of the
Interior’s Professional Qualifications Standards for architectural
historians.
